Vagabonde Shakespeare is in the process of obtaining official not-for-profit status.
The premiere season opens summer 2013 with an original adaptation of Shakespeare’s Woodsy Comedy, As You Like It presented as a Robin Hood Tale. The adaptation fuses Shakespeare’s tale with the classic Howard Pyle tales of Robin Hood and his merry band, updating the humouor using techniques of the ancient and yet eternally contemporary Commedia dell’Arte (the craft of improvisation).
